Terminal Product Range

Overfill System Tester
Liquip offers portable overfill system testers that completely test both 2 and 5 wire tank truck and terminal/depot overfill systems.
Users can test truck systems, gantry systems and individual probes for quick and effective fault-diagnosis.
With a superior design and easy to use functionality the HTA series testers provide effective testing and diagnostics of overfill protection and grounding/earthing systems.

Fast Disassembly, Less Downtime

RM140 – Overfill & Grounding Monitor
Overfill protection and grounding monitor for truck or rail loading in petro-chemical applications. Built to function with all probes designed to the API code: API RP 1004 and the EU Standard EN13922, the RM140 Series is the world’s most flexible and adaptable monitor.
The RM140 provides state-of-the-art overfill protection and grounding monitoring that is compatible with all commonly used overfill protection and grounding systems.
Known around the world for its superior reliability and ‘bullet proof’ design. The RM140 series can detect the type of sensor in the transport, the state of liquid in the tank, an overfill situation, and/or verify the grounding condition.
Liquip offer the RM140E which is configured for global markets and the RM140D which is configured for the Australian market. Other variations can be provided upon request.

API Latching Indicator
The API-LI has been designed to provide users with a quick and efficient method to measure the latching capability of Liquip manufactured API couplers.
The latching capability of the API coupler is measured instantly against pre-determined allowances and is visually represented allowing users to easily determine if the coupler is suitable for continued use or if it requires servicing.
Visual Identification
RED (only) visible:
Immediately remove coupler from service and conduct complete coupler maintenance.
GREEN (only) visible
Continue coupler use.
RED and GREEN visible:
Continue coupler use. Monitor and check again in 3-6 months.
Note: The API-LI is intended to be used in conjunction with standard coupler maintenance. Liquip recommends users service couplers in line with Liquip’s recommended coupler maintenance schedule.

Vapour Recovery Adapter
Vapour couplers allow for vapour transfer between tanker trucks and loading/unloading tanks.
Liquip’s vapour couplers automatically open when connected to a compatible vapour adaptor and automatically seal when disconnected.
Liquip offers a 100mm female camlock to 100mm male hosetail vapour coupler that can be used for vapour transfer between the tank truck and loading/unloading tank.
The VCF075W complies with AS5602:2009 and is a Ø75mm equivalent flow area and a spring loaded coupler that automatically opens when coupled with a compatible adaptor.

API Adapter
Liquip’s API490 Series API adaptors are a precisely engineered and built bottom loading and discharge adaptor that conforms to API RP 1004 and provides total interchangeability with all loading valves.
The API490 Series features a two-piece body with replaceable nosecone. API adaptors are available in various options and can be fitted with a range of seals to suit most applications.
Liquip can supply API adaptor valves as single units or in “Kits”. A Kit is a part that combined two or more parts e.g. API496VZ is an API adaptor supplied with a mating 4″ TTMA gasket. Please see ordering information tab for further detail.

Liquip Loading arms are precision-engineered equipment designed to facilitate the safe and efficient transfer of liquids between storage tanks, tanker trucks, railcars and other containers in industrial applications. These loading arms are manufactured by Liquip, a leading provider of fluid handling solutions, known for their high quality, reliability and performance.
Bottom Loading Arms
Bottom loading is one of the most common methods to safely transfer product from a terminal or depot into a road or rail tank, Liquip are specialists in bottom loading and offer the most advance balance assemblies for use bottom loading applications.

A-Frame Load Arms
A-Frame loading arms by Liquip provide superb flexibility and long reach bottom loading combined with an easy to use and comfortable design.

Low Profile Load Arms
Low profile loading arms can be used for gravity or pumped discharge of road and rail tankers, as well as for bottom loading.
Low profile arms can load at flow rates of up to 2,500 litres per minute and are popular for large single compartment tanker loading and unloading such as railcars and aviation bridging tankers.
Liquip can supply loading arm couplers that provide the connection between the tanker and loading arm that are compliant with API RP 1004.

Liquip offers a custom designed low profile loading arm for LPG (Liquefied petroleum gas).
The highly advanced 3″ Liquip LPG loading arm is designed to provide efficient loading with an emphasis on occupational healthy and safety.
Materials
- All pipework & flanges are ASTM Standard for high-pressure use.
- Swivel bearing surfaces are nitrided for hardness & seals are Teflon.
- Gaskets spiral wound metal.
Mounting
Inlet flange 80mm diameter ANSI 300 raised face flange.
Optional free-standing mounting pillar available, rated to moment of 500kg.m.

Drive away protection
Double acting stainless steel emergency release dry-break coupling to protect against accidental drive-away of tanker with arm still attached.
